Nissan has implemented Security Gateway protection across selected models since 2019, and some of the UK’s most popular vehicles, including the Juke and Qashqai, alongside the Ariya, X-Trail, Pathfinder and Sentra, now require authorised access for full diagnostic functionality. The new Nissan SGW Unlocking Licence builds on LAUNCH’s existing Security Gateway support for Volkswagen Audi Group (VAG), Mercedes-Benz and Renault/Dacia, enabling technicians to securely and legitimately unlock compatible Nissan and Infiniti vehicles through the LAUNCH SGW Portal.
