Nozomi Networks has appointed two new executives, Matthew Cowell (formerly of Dragos) as VP of Strategic Alliances, and Tyson Gerhold (formerly of Pure Storage and Fivetran) as VP of Global Partner and Channel Sales. Whilst data centre security often focuses on the IT stack, the underlying operational technology (OT), including power, cooling, and building management systems, represents a significant and often overlooked attack surface. Nozomi Networks’ platform is designed to provide visibility and threat detection across both IT and OT environments. These new leadership appointments demonstrate a strategic commitment to strengthening the ecosystem of partners equipped to secure this critical infrastructure. With Cowell’s 20year background in industrial controls and Gerhold’s expertise in scaling partner, Nozomi is doubling down on its ability to help data centre operators minimise risk and maximise resilience. This move follows the recent launch of its new Vanguard Partner Programme and expanded alliances with tech giants like Schneider Electric and NVIDIA, underscoring a period of significant growth.
