With the EN7V electric oil-lubricated rotary screw air compressor from the ELGi EN Series, Cicli Adriatica says it has achieved a 30% reduction in energy consumption, significantly surpassing the performance of its previous system. Cicli Adriatica, established in 1946, operates from a 3200m2 facility, producing around 20,000 bicycles annually. Thanks to Consulair’s speed and professionalism, the unit was commissioned in 2022, and has since been successfully integrated into Cicli Adriatica’s production processes, including wheel assembly, frame setup, chain cutting, and bike packaging.
