Matthew, who has been with the company for nearly a decade, has been promoted from his previous position as Area Sales Manager for South East England. In his new role, Matthew will focus on identifying growth opportunities, acquiring new business, and strengthening customer relationships. John Gardner, Managing Director of MP Filtri UK, expressed his enthusiasm about Matthew's promotion, stating, "We are pleased to see Matthew step into this crucial role. His extensive experience with MP Filtri, coupled with his dedication to working closely with customers, will be instrumental in both preserving and expanding our business. The Construction Plant-hire Association (CPA) has appointed Steven Mulholland to the position of Chief Executive. Mulholland has a long track record with the CPA. He is currently the CPA Chair and has been a CPA Council Member for 10 years. He has a great deal of experience in the construction plant industry, having run his family business Mulholland Plant Services for many years. CPA President Brian Jones said: “On behalf of CPA Council, I congratulate Steven and I wish him every success in his new role as CPA Chief Executive. Steven has a tremendous amount of experience in the plant rental industry and having been the CPA Chair for over six years and a Council Member for several more years, is familiar with the Association, the CPA team and many of our members. “Steven has formed part of several working groups, including the Plant Sector Representative Organisation (PSRO) and those carried out with CITB. He has also been a board member of the Scottish Plant Owners Association (SPOA) for many years. I am confident he will lead CPA to new levels of support for our members’ businesses.” Mulholland commented: “I am delighted to continue my work with the CPA and look forward to commencing my new role as Chief Executive. In my view, the most important factor is continuity. CPA Council Members, CPA staff, along with the Executive Team, have all done a fantastic job to get our Association to where it is today.
