Stand A60 PDM Analysis Exhibiting at Air-Tech for the first time, PDM Analysis will be showcasing SCORG, its specialised software for designing and analysing positive displacements machines, e.g. screw compressors, pumps, motors and more. It offers a set of capabilities to analyse these machines by the use of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Thermodynamic Chamber Models (TCM). SCORG has an intuitive and user-friendly GUI that allows easy pre- and post-processing with a direct link to the following CFD and multi-physics solvers: Simerics MP+, Ansys CFX, Ansys Fluent, Ansys Forte, StarCCM+, OpenFOAM and GT-SUITE. In 2020, the company established SCORG alto, a cloud-based solution allowing users to design machines and optimise their performance on the go from anywhere in the world. Connection – PrevoS1 safety quick couplings; couplings and plugs for fluids; and push-in fittings. Distribution – Prevost Piping System; blow guns and pneumatic tools; and hose reels, hoses and clamps. Treatment – Compressed air treatment units; submicron and coalescing filters; drains valves and separators; dryers and condensate treatment systems. Prevost regularly develops its range around its flagship products. Stand D50 Supervane Supervane is returning to Air-Tech with its extensive range of carbon vanes and filters for dry running vacuum pumps and compressors.
