Test Couplings Test Adaptors Test Hose and Connectors Test couplings from the product range are already planned in suitable positions in the hydraulic system during the design phase of a machine, or added at a later stage in the course of retrofitting or upgrading. They allow machine operators and maintenance personnel to easily and safely connect analogue and digital measuring and display devices for the temporary testing or continuous monitoring of system pressure and other factors. A hydraulic test point hose is a length of tubing designed to withstand high pressure. It is attached to a hydraulic test point that is used to remotely monitor the status of a hydraulic system, in order to check whether there is a malfunction. This is done by using several pre-installed test point connectors throughout the system, which are then connected to a pressure gauge or a test point adaptor to determine correct functionality. Test adaptors are equipped with a locking mechanism that allows a maximum grip with minimal deformation of the sample. The operation is simple. The connector is placed on the connection without any additional conformation, which instantly creates a pressure-tight connection.
