The DualGear system combines the company’s BX4 brushless motors with two GPT planetary gearheads to provide dynamic, robust precise drives. The design allows two synchronous movements to be achieved with one drive, simplifying integration, while cutting installation space and costs. A 32mm motor is paired with metal planetary gearheads at either end. The motor is available in two lengths (42 and 68mm) allowing the drive to be adapted to different performance and space requirements. Hall sensors with sine/cosine output signals allow precise detection of the rotor position for commutation and positioning. When used with an external motion controller, accurate positioning is possible, resulting in a drive that combines torque and accuracy with a compact design. The Tab-IND tablets offer a choice between Windows 11, Android 15 (10-inch model) and a ThinClient. Display brightness is up to 700 cd/m2, and the tablets offer stylus and glove support. All versions have a 13-megapixel main camera. The Windows models also have a 13Mp front camera, while the Android versions have a 5Mp front camera. Communications options include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3 BLE, 5G and LTE. A front-facing NFC module supports, among other things, access and identity controls for restricted areas. In addition, push-to-talk over cellular enables fast, easy voice communications for groups, while a fingerprint sensor ensures security. With quad-core processors, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage, the tablets are suitable for augmented and extended reality applications. A removable 37.2Wh battery provides up to 14 hours of runtime. SmartBacks can be attached to the tablets to expand their functions. These include additional batteries and interfaces such as industrial Ethernet or IO-Link. A scanner frame is available for scanning barcodes, tracking shipments, or picking materials.
