The IMO Jaguar NXG Series Inverter Drive advances that legacy, engineered to deliver the performance, safety, and connectivity required by today’s applications. The NXG inverter’s compact, bookshelf design and zeroclearance mounting reduce panel space, thereby Lowering installation costs and providing OEMs with greater flexibility. Despite its compact footprint, the drive delivers high performance, featuring dual torque ratings and sensorless vector control that offers 200% starting torque. This ensures reliable operation in demanding constant torque and variable torque environments, compatible with both synchronous and asynchronous motors. Safety and reliability are central to the NXG architecture. The inverter comes standard with integrated SIL3 Safe Torque Off (STO). This valuable feature eliminates the need for external electromechanical safety components, saving both panel space and extra cost. The series also includes a fire mode operation for critical building and industrial protection. Connectivity has been addressed with equal ambition. Modbus RTU is standard, and an optional all-in-one communication card supports four protocols— PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, and Modbus TCP, complete with dual Ethernet ports for daisy-chain cabling. A built-in USB-C port allows programming and diagnostics without powering the drive, simplifying commissioning and maintenance. The NXG operates from –10°C to +50°C with no derating. It includes a built-in braking unit, supports motor temperature monitoring, offers C2 or C3 EMC filtering as standard, and has cold plate options. From pumps and compressors to conveyors, cranes, lifts, and food processing machinery, the NXG is designed to run efficiently, quietly, and confidently, day after day. The Jaguar NXG is a compact, reliable, high-performance drive featuring everything you need, backed by the promise of IMO’s five-year warranty. n CORPORATE PROFILE Email: imo@imopc.com Web: www.imopc.com Tel: 01707 414 444 IMO Jaguar NXG Series Inverter Drive
