The bearingless EB360 encoder is designed to deliver precise angle position and speed feedback, even in dusty, dirty or wet environments. The 22mmtall encapsulated device offers ±0.3% precision, combined with IP67 protection (or the option of IP69K). The modular, space-saving design with a built-in rotor, simplifies integration and extends potential uses. The non-contact sensing principle, without moving components, ensures high reliability, preventing any ingress of fibres, dust or fluids. The absence of moving parts also eliminates time-consuming maintenance and downtime. The EB360 is available in single- or multi-turn versions with interfaces including SSI and CANopen.
