PPMA TOTAL SHOW n PPMA Total heads back to NEC F rom 27–29 September, the UK’s largest processing and packaging machinery, robotics and industrial vision event, PPMA Total Show 2022, will take place at the NEC Birmingham. The event will provide live demonstrations of production machinery, act as a hub for networking, expert knowledge and sharing information, as well as presenting new ideas for visitors seeking to enhance business performance. The exhibition, comprising more than 350 stands and 2,000 brands, incorporates the Pakex and Interphex shows. Visitors can access a wide collection of production machinery and smart manufacturing equipment under one roof. The event will showcase the latest in production-efficient technology, robotic and vision systems, combined with materials and packaging design. It caters for sectors including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, building supplies, pet care, FMCG and contract packing. There will be a daily programme of educational workshops, discussions and presentations in an on-site seminar theatre. Centred on the theme ‘The Future Of…’, the seminars will be delivered by industry experts who will share their knowledge, industry insights and inspiration. Ambassadors from PPMA Business Education Skills and Training (PPMA Best) will be at the show to explain how the charity is supporting young people developing engineering careers in the processing and packaging, robotics, and industrial vision industries. The event will also host the PPMA Group Awards, celebrating the best in machinery innovation, smart manufacturing and business acumen. PPMA Total Show 2022 is free to attend.
