STAUFF Quick Release Couplings (QRCs) have proven their value for many years in practical use in hydraulic systems. QRCs are manufactured within the facilities of the global organisation for many of the leading OEM companies then sold either directly or through third party distribution companies. As standard, STAUFF QRCs are manufactured from carbon steel which is then zinc nickel plated. Extensive salt spray test results show in excess of 720 hours is achieved before red rust occurs, however if required a stainless steel option is also available. The excellent quality of the couplings is the result of continual product improvement in which, aside the inhouse research and development, the invaluable experiences and applications of users have been sought, assessed and applied to the manufacturing process. Our high production standards, combined with quality management system certified in accordance with EN ISO 9001, assures the consistent high quality and performance of our range of Quick Release Couplings. All STAUFF products undergo relevant testing in accordance with international regulations and are governed by the high standards of the in-house quality management system.
