The company says the Power Pro 100 offers bodyshops, accident repair centres, glass replacement businesses and general workshops an affordable route to a high-specification, GYS-built battery support unit and charger. A stable, consistent power supply is essential whenever a vehicle’s electronic systems are being worked on. Voltage drops or fluctuations during programming and coding, remote diagnostics procedures or ADAS calibrations can lead to incomplete processes, inaccurate results or – in the worst cases – damage to vehicle modules. The Power Pro 100 is designed to remove that risk. Its diagnostic mode supports power requirements of up to 100A during programming, coding and general maintenance work, while voltage can be adjusted from 12 to 14.8V in precise 0.1V steps to match OEM specifications exactly – giving technicians confidence that the results they’re getting are accurate. As well as diagnostic support, the Power Pro 100 also functions as a full battery charger and maintenance unit for 12V lead-acid batteries (sealed, liquid or AGM) and 12V lithium (LiFePO4) batteries, charging from 5Ah to 1200Ah. A dedicated Supply mode maintains continuous power to the vehicle during battery changes, protecting stored memories and settings, while SOS Recovery mode allows deeply discharged batteries to be brought back into use. 6FKDHᎱ HU 9LWHVFR expands aftermarket range New NOx sensor range covers 40 million vehicles Valeo Service UK has launched a new Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) sensor range which includes 71 new references. This expansion provides coverage for more than 40 million passenger cars across European vehicle applications, and Valeo says the new range helps reduce catalogue gaps and gives workshops and distributors greater confidence when sourcing replacement components for complex exhaust systems. As emissions legislation continues to evolve, accurate monitoring of exhaust gases has become increasingly important. NOx sensors play a critical role within Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems, measuring nitrogen oxide levels and helping ensure the system can convert harmful emissions into harmless nitrogen and water. Each sensor has been developed to resist severe engine vibrations and extreme exhaust temperatures, while supporting Euro 6 vehicle requirements where sensors positioned before and after the SCR catalyst monitor system efficiency. Schaeffler has expanded its Schaeffler Vitesco aftermarket range, adding a broad selection of electronic and fuel system components following the brand’s UK launch with NOx sensors last year. Following Vitesco’s integration into the Schaeffler Group in 2025, the portfolio now includes sensors, actuators, purge valves, reductant dosing units, high-pressure fuel pumps, transmission control units (TCUs), and diesel and petrol injectors. The new TCUs are used in many dual-clutch, automated and automatic transmissions, including DSG and PowerShift applications. The range also includes mass air flow (MAF) sensors, temperature and pressure sensors, and NOx sensors for emissions monitoring. The actuator range includes electronic throttle control units, which regulate airflow to the engine, and air control valves for diesel engines, which help manage fresh air intake and exhaust gas recirculation. The expanded range is available for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and agricultural applications, with components manufactured to original equipment standards.
