Jess has experience spanning fleet, leasing and B2B mobility, where she has led national account and operational teams and delivered growth through long-term customer partnerships. She has moved from a role as Sales Director at Sixt UK. The appointment reflects Halfords’ investment in Fleet Solutions, supporting businesses through its nationwide garage network with integrated maintenance, servicing and mobility solutions.
