Autowave said Hansom is new to the automotive aftermarket, but is a seasoned marketing professional. Her new appointment includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels and creating content to showcase the range of products and services provided to locksmiths, motor factors and independent workshops. Hansom’s strong eye for design and branding, combined with marketing strategy experience, means her content has already made a strong impression, both in-house and on Autowave’s audience, the firm said. Autowave’s Ravi Kotecha said her appointment is further evidence of the company’s investment in people and ambition to grow the business – following the recruitment of Dipen Kotecha as national sales manager at the end of last year. Cox, a chartered accountant who trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers, has spent the majority of his career at business-critical international software companies across a variety of industries, and brings to Keyloop extensive experience in scaling high-growth technology businesses. Most recently he spent seven years as CFO of IRIS Software Group, leading the firm’s global expansion and overseeing more than 30 acquisitions. Tom Kilroy, Keyloop’s CEO, said: “Michael’s proven track record and expertise in scaling international software businesses makes him uniquely qualified to help us capitalise on the transformation happening across automotive retail.” Cox said: “I’m looking forward to maximising the potential of our very talented global team during a period of radical change across the sector.” Frasle Mobility, whose UK brands include Juratek, Abtex, Fras-le and Nakata, has further strengthened its UK marketing team with the appointment of Olivia Naden as digital content executive. Frasle said Naden, who has a strong B2B marketing background and having recently completed a master’s degree in international marketing and management, is well-equipped to hit the ground running in her new role. She will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing across Frasle Mobility’s house of brands. Holly Brailsford, marketing manager for Frasle Mobility in the UK, said: “The creation of the digital content executive role was a natural progression for us as the business continues to grow, and we’re thrilled to have Livv join the team.” Klipboard has appointed Chris Tocher as chief customer support officer. Tocher has succeeded Chris Owen, who has retired after what Klipboard said had been a distinguished career with the business. Tocher joined Klipboard in September 2025, in preparation for Owen’s retirement. Since joining, he has led Klipboard’s technical support, cloud hosting, managed services, professional services and client success teams. Klipboard said Tocher has more than 20 years of industry experience, including senior leadership positions at Cisco and IMImobile. Ian Bendelow, CEO at Klipboard, said: “Since joining Klipboard, he has already made a significant impact across our customer-facing teams.” On Owen’s retirement, Bendelow said: “His leadership, professionalism and genuine care for both customers and colleagues have shaped our global support operations.
