We’ve got about 15 brands and a very small number of legacy ones on not-sole distribution.” The company boasts a 95% typical fulfilment rate and sometimes as high as 98%. And while JRP does not offer nextday delivery, its current standard is still an impressive 48-hour dispatch. Ollie said the company now only takes on sole distribution brands, working closely with strong brands in their own markets, including overseas. “Strong supplier and logistics relationships are crucial, as is the role of the internal team.” The products despatched from JRP on a daily basis is thanks to a dedicated workforce of about 40.
