Eastwood is responsible for managing the business’ processes and working closely with health, safety and compliance director, Helen Molloy, to uphold the group’s ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 accreditations. The appointment follows Eastwood’s relocation from Australia. A1 said he has extensive JLR knowledge and a wealth of operational experience, having recently managed branches of the vehicle repair centre chain Motorserve. The group, which specialises in ADAS, mobile and remote diagnostics, and garage equipment, is growing at pace. Eastwood said: “The group’s plans for the next 12 months are really exciting. There couldn’t have been a better time to move back to the UK and join A1. “Having just completed my IMI AOM230 accreditation, there’ll be plenty of opportunity to get hands on in the business too. This will be vital to truly understand what new processes might be needed and how they will impact the customer journey.” Eastwood to help drive A1 ADAS Solutions growth Repairify has bolstered its technical sales team with the appointment of Jon Davies as technical sales executive. He is responsible for expanding the company’s end user training and helping to grow its market penetration of its advanced vehicle diagnostic and calibration technology. Repairify, which announced the appointment on June 18, said Davies has a wealth of expertise in promoting and installing diagnostic products and ADAS equipment, having previously worked with Hella Gutmann Garage Equipment ND at Snap-on Diagnostics. Phil Peace, MD at Repairify, said: “Jon’s IMI-accredited technical and master technician qualifications and considerable expertise in installing and training end users in the field of diagnostics and ADAS equipment, will expand our technical sales team further, supporting our growth and benefiting all our customers.” Repairify expands technical sales team Everyone wants to get what they paid for.
