Exhibiting in hall 2.0/stand C91, DENSO will be using the international event to commemorate 75 years of commitment to innovations, including the creation of the QR code in 1994 and world firsts in ignition, rotating electrics and thermal systems. Diesel development and the spark plug revolution are key DENSO specialisms, but the company has also redefined the landscape when it comes to air conditioning, with the creation of the HVAC system — capable of controlling the climate in three different cabin zones and helping improve overall fuel economy when the AC is on. DENSO will also highlight its robotics expertise by demonstrating an intuitive robot that will compete with visitors in a ‘Connect Four’ game. Town & Country has it covered Leading manufacturer of protective seat covers, Town & Country Covers, will be in a section of the SMMT stand in hall 5.1/E75. The firm, operating for 20 years, is one of the oldest seat cover manufacturers in the UK. All covers are designed and made from scratch by an in house team. Director James Newman said: “We haven’t had the chance to exhibit in recent years. Want to make sure we have a good amount of traffic on the stand, so it made sense to partner with another significant company in the industry.” MAHA UK’s trio of expertise MAHA UK managing director Neil Ebbs, along with Luke Fuller and Louis Tunmore, will represent the company in Frankfurt. Ebbs said the company is eager to demonstrate and discuss how its premium workshop solutions can support the automotive sector. Highlights include advanced brake testing systems, vehicle lifts, and diagnostic tools. MAHA will have a presence at the show in three areas: hall 8/stand C06 and C07, as well as open air F10/K30. One example is the recent introduction of a throttle body range. The 77-part number range fits within the engine efficiency and emissions programme, catering for 280 OE references. In addition to the throttle body programme, Nissens offers a wide range of replacement parts for essential vehicle systems, which are grouped into three categories: climate comfort, engine cooling and engine efficiency and emissions systems. In addition, the company will be profiling a trio of EV brake pad ranges alongside its growing steering and suspension product offering for EV models. Comline is also set to give a glimpse of the future of its business by profiling some exciting, state-of-the-art technology at hall 5.1/stand C35. BM Catalysts eye expansion Positioned prominently in hall 3.0/ stand E30, BM Catalysts will highlight the latest addition to its range — Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPFs). This technology helps ensure that vehicles meet particulate number emissions standards under all driving conditions, which is especially important for vehicles type-approved under real driving missions (RDE) conditions. The initial release of its GPF range earlier this year included six part numbers with a car parc coverage of over 2.3 million vehicles. The company recently launched a further five references. BM said with over 60% of its sales now coming from international markets, it continues to explore new distribution partnerships to expand its global reach.
