22 AFTERMARKET MARCH 2023 TOP TECHNICIAN AND TOP GARAGE 2023 www.toptechnicianonline.co.uk SINGULAR AND TEAM ACHIEVEMENT With Top Technician and Top Garage 2023 both now open, contestants for the latter competition are being reminded about Service Advisor of the Year T op Technician and Top Garage 2023 are both now open, with the first rounds running and multitudes of techs and many garages already well into the initial stages of the competitions. Friday 31 March is the deadline for those looking to progress in Top Technician. Remember, you have to do the first round, and pass it, to move forward. Only those who do all three online rounds, and pass them, have a chance of making it to the live semi-final on Saturday 2 September at Delphi Technologies in Warwick. From the 10 semi-finalists, five finals will be identified who are invited back for the final on Saturday 14 October. For Top Garage, the cut-off is Sunday 4 April to take the first one quiz. Again, if you do not complete this, you cannot get into the later rounds, or end up at the final on Saturday 14 October, also at Delphi Technologies in Warwick. The winner the winner and runner- up for Top Technician will then be named at the Top Technician and Top Garage Awards Evening 2023, taking place at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Coventry. It is here that the various winners from Top Garage will be identified as well, along with the Service Advisor of the Year. Service Advisor of the Year Following its successful introduction in 2022, Service Advisor of the Year has returned for 2023. This segment of Top Garage looks to acknowledge and highlight the work of these pivotal members of staff. This position is vital for the success of the entire business, as the person filling the role provides the crucial connection between the customer and the workshop. Garages will be able to put their service advisor forward for the award. More information is available during the sign-up process.
